This explains what we do with your information when you pre-order the Awesome Marketing Planner™ System 2027 or contact us about it.
Serious Businesswomen Ltd (company number 08054350, Jolby Mill, Stapleton DL2 2QS) is responsible for your information (the "controller"). Contact: hello@awesomemarketingplanner.com.
Your name, email address, postal address, phone number (if you give it), what you ordered and paid, and any messages you send us. Card details are handled by our payment provider (Stripe); we never see or keep your full card number.
To take your order, post your planner, give you access to the Planner Portal and email you about your order (because we have a contract with you). To keep tax and accounting records (because the law requires it). To send you news and offers only if you've said yes, and you can unsubscribe any time (your consent).
Only the companies that help us run the planner: our payment provider (Stripe), our online checkout and course system, our email sending service, our website hosting (in the UK and EU), and Royal Mail or our printer's courier to deliver your planner. They may only use your information to do that job. We never sell your information.
Order and payment records: 6 years, for tax. Your Portal access: for as long as the Portal runs. Emails about your order: up to 2 years after delivery.
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it or delete it (where we don't have to keep it by law), object to how we use it, or withdraw consent for marketing. Email us and we'll reply within a month. If you're unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
We use AI tools to help with some of our work. We don't put your personal information into them unless it's needed to deal with your order or message, and only with providers who keep it secure and don't use it to train their systems.
The planner website itself doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. The checkout uses the cookies it needs to take your payment safely.
